As a co-founder at SkyFin Partners, he leverages a deep understanding of capital markets and board dynamics to help early-stage tech companies navigate the complexities of rapid scaling and successful exits. Throughout his career, Ahsan has built and led finance and operational functions from the ground up, providing the strategic infrastructure necessary for sustainable and efficient growth.
Ahsan also has an expertise in capital strategy, having spearheaded over $300M in financing across multiple funding rounds and companies. His domain extends beyond core finance into M&A and restructuring, ensuring companies remain agile through every twist and turn. As the former executive sponsor of a company-wide AI Center of Excellence, Ahsan has been at the forefront of the AI-driven finance revolution, ensuring SkyFin's clients benefit from the latest in automated efficiency and predictive intelligence.

Nicole is a strategic finance leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth and fiscal discipline within the technology sector. As a co-founder at SkyFin Partners, she empowers early-stage tech startups to scale with precision by bridging the gap between FP&A strategy and AI automation. Nicole's career spans senior finance roles at various high-growth SaaS companies, where she managed financial operations for businesses with $250M+ in ARR and navigated complex milestones, including an end-to-end M&A exit to a Fortune 50 company.
In addition to core financial planning expertise, Nicole is a specialist in go-to-market finance, acting as a trusted advisor to the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success functions. She is also a pioneer in integrating AI into finance functions, having led an AI-enabled transformation to build automated agents to reconcile data and proactively assess financial risk. Her background also includes serving as a Vice President at Wells Fargo, where she managed a $1.5B commercial banking portfolio of prominent tech clients.
